I needed some new music to inspire me to exercise this morning. This arrived at the absolutely perfect moment.

this is a fantastic record. when we first got it in the spring of 2000, we played it non-stop in our kitchen of the house on 22nd street. i still listen to it regularly. not one bad song on it. and a bunch of great ones. including this incredibly uplifting song.
